This is my every day green smoothie recipe:
1 stuffed cupful of kale
1 huge handful of sweet pea sprouts
4–6 stalks of celery
2 large cucumbers (peeled if not organic)
1 or 2 broccoli stems
1 pear or a green apple
1 inch chunk of stem ginger
If you want more greens, add: lettuce (romaine/cos/butter), parsley, spinach, dandelion.
1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
2. Juice all ingredients.
