    I’ve heard nothing but good things about chia seeds so i need to get some.
    I do juices when its cold to get it down quicker. But in the summer, I can
    enjoy a smoothie :)

    Are the chia seeds still whole or blended? I wanna try them because of the
    benefits but I can’t digest whole seeds..

    My Smoothie: Kale, pineapple, one banana, strawberries and coconut water.
    Sometimes I will add spinach and fiber powder.

    I went out and bought the NutriBullet after you raved about it for
    Christmas and I have used it everyday! So easy and you don’t have to dirty
    up a bunch of things.

    I LOVE my NutriBullet! I like to make a very healthy smoothie which taste
    exactly like a Vanilla Milkshake! I use a scoop of protein powder, a pinch
    of Truvia (Which is like sugar but it doesn’t have ANY calories), ice,
    almond milk, a spoo full of greek yogurt, Lite Cream Cheese (Optional), a
    couple drops of Vanilla and a Banana!
