    Sometimes lumpy is good. The beginning of the digestive process is to mix
    your food with saliva. If it’s too smooth you can drink to fast.

    I will also say with the Vitamix or a more how powered Blender it gets done
    faster and more of the nutrients are preserved. I am done blending in 45
    secs to 1 min.

    I just started blending. A friend got a Vitamix for me for xmas. I do the
    Kale, Spinach, Chia seeds, etc. Had no idea Kale was also good for dark
    circles! I don’t sleep well and I sure have them lol. Thanks for that bit
    of info!!

    Thanks for the informative video.

    I’d just like to add that you should get a better blender. I bought the
    highly rated (see Amazon reviews) Blendtec blender (currently on sale at
    Costco for $300) and made your smoothie and it liquifies much(!) better.
    That 3 horsepower does wonders for obliterating food.

    Great video, to make it a bit healthier I use organic berries instead of
    bananas (berries are loaded with antioxidants which also help against
    aging) and I use fresh squeezed orange juice since the bottled kind is
    processed and loaded with sugar. Also try a Vitamix, they are amazing!
