1. Great info there. I LOVE juice, but it can sometimes play games with my blood sugar. With store-bought juice, I always have to look out for the line “100% Juice” or else I am just getting a partial juice with a bunch of water and high fructose corn syrup mixed in.
    Smoothies keep all the fiber and are much less harsh on my blood sugar/insulin. But I definitely use both!
