    Thanks. I just started doing this at home as well, only I use a real apple
    and a real orange. (And add more water to make up for the lack of ‘juice’).
    It’s much better this way (and even healthier). Plus I add chia and flax to
    mine.

    When I was in Vancouver I had this smoothie at Jugo Juice every day. Can’t
    wait to make one at home now that I am back in the states.
