    Hi Di!! I love all of your videos. I think your wonderful. I make this
    smoothie almost every morning and I heard adding a pinch of cinnamon really
    adds a kick and a metabolism boost in the morning 🙂

    This looks delicious. I’ll have to try it. I don’t usually use the almond
    milk, and use blueberry yogurt instead (and sometimes half a scoop of
    protein powder), but this one is a "must try". Thanks for sharing!!
