    I love these smoothies.
    However I have my own you guys should try it
    I call it "Sun Fresh" Just the first thing came to mind ­čśÇ
    1/2 cup of Pineapple chunks
    1 small banana
    1 tbsp of chia seed
    8 single almonds
    1 small apple
    8oz of Naked’s Pure Coconut Water
    1 cup of raw kale
    1/2 cup of green tea
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of ice

    (: Its around 347 calories which isn’t a lot since its for the morning! You
    most likely will have this when you have no time in the morning. ´╗┐

    5 to 10 frozen grapes
    2 cups spinach
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tbsp chia seed

    I love berries but berries are so difficult to get at the town where I
    live. Sometimes, when there are berries, they will be sold at very, very
    high price. It makes me wonder, would they rather let the berries be
    wasted than selling at lower price?´╗┐
