    Or if you want just a natural sweetener add raw honey. Honey is a lower
    glycemic choice than white sugar etc. but the calories are kind of high.
    For me it would be dangerous. I like honey, I have a sweet tooth so I would
    probably want more than I should use so Stevia works well for me.

    Stevia is a natural sweetener that works well to sweeten with no calories
    and without the nastiness of splenda or aspartame. There are also monk
    fruit sweeteners that are supposed to be natural sweeteners. In fact
    Splenda has jumped on the monk fruit wagon.

    It would be a shame if you did not lose weight when these other people are
    able to shed fat so easily using Fat Blast Furnace (Look it up on google).
