    This video is about Banana, Chai Seed & Kale Smoothie It’s Gluten Free,
    Dairy Free, Low Fat, Vegan – Full of vitamins and great flavor. This is for
    2 people so just cut the recipe in half for one. 3 fully ripe bananas, 3
    dates, 3 dried plums, 3 cups of Ice, 1 Cup soaked Chai Seeds in the water
    soaked in, 1/2 cup cocoanut water, 3 cups of Kale. Blend to perfection!
