I have been a raw eater for just over 4 months now (I’m 21) and I have to
say, although I’ve had my unhealthy times in the past – ordering takeout or
sharing a pizza about once a month, now that I don’t eat any of that (ever)
and have been eating mostly raw (apart from eggs, unless in a smoothie –
then raw eggs are good!), I feel so good! I am never bloated and have
energy throughout the entire day, without ever feeling exhausted. Just one
thing – biologically speaking, tomatoes are fruit. 🙂 x

Tried it…..not bad…….the 1/2 apple does balance acidic flavor. I was
looking to replace my store bought low sodium V8’s……thanks Jennifer. 🙂

Thanks for showing this. I like these blender soups with avocado or olive
oil also – but then I’m a fat metabolizer.
