Savory Green Smoothie Ingredients:
3 cups of coconut water
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped kale
1 Roma Tomatoe
1/2 a medium avacado and pitt
1 greeen onion
1 clove garlic
1 sliver real lime
1/2 chili pepper
1/2 Asian Pear
2 small radish
Fresh ginger, sweet basil, oregano, sage, sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
