My Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe

Green smoothies are so good for you because they work on the cellular level. Dont like veggies? Try a green smoothie!
(Raw Diet/Vegan/Vegetarian/Paleo/Primal and Kid Friendly)
Super nutritious and delicious way to get your recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Regular consumption of fruit and vegetables can help to improve your hair, skin. It can also help with weight management, and overall health. I have a green smoothie every morning. All of the fruit and veggies I use are all natural and organic and helps keep me satiated and full of energy throughout the day. Can be used as a snack, meal replacement or in addition to your meal. If you are new to green smoothies i would suggest starting with one cup of green and adding a bit more fruit, working your way up. But honestly, using this recipe i cant taste the kale at all! Do you like smoothies? Whats you’re favorite?


□ 2 cups of organic baby kale (you can also use spinach)

□ ½ Frozen Banana

□ ½ Cup Frozen Mango Chunks

□ ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

□ Filtered/Bottled water (you can also use fruit juice, milk, almond milk or soy milk if you prefer)


□ Small handful or raw almonds

□ 1 scoop of Matcha Green Tea: the benefits are TREMENDOUS!!!! High in antioxidants, binds cancer cells and flushes them from the body, boosts metabolism, increases energy, boosts immunity, detoxifies and sooooo much more!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!
